Terms of Service

1. General

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between Webdesiz (the “Service”), operated by Birim Ajans Yazılım Limited Şirketi, and you (the “User”). By signing up for the Service you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

2. Description of the Service

Webdesiz is a SaaS application that offers its users a management interface for Meta Platforms (Facebook + Instagram) ad accounts. The features we offer are:

• Connecting an ad account (Facebook Login for Business or System User Token)
• Creating and pausing campaigns and managing budgets
• Performance reporting and dashboards
• Rule-based automation
• Ad copy and image generation with OpenAI

3. Account and responsibility

• Account security (password, two-step verification) is your responsibility
• Access tokens for your Meta account are obtained with your authorization and used only in a controlled manner
• Use of the Service by persons under 18 is prohibited
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and the validity of legal information such as your tax number

4. Prohibited use

Using the Service for the following purposes is prohibited:

• Publishing ads that do not comply with Meta Platforms’ Advertising Policies
• Publishing misleading, unlawful or copyright-infringing content
• Accessing someone else’s ad account without permission
• Data scraping, automation abuse or DDoS attempts against our system
• Use outside lawful commercial processes (spam, counterfeit products, etc.)

In case of a violation your account may be suspended without notice and your data deleted, except where legal obligations require otherwise.

5. Subscription and billing

• A new subscription renews automatically at the end of each monthly period and charging continues until you cancel
• Cancellation: you cancel your subscription yourself from the Settings → Subscription page in the panel; your access continues until the end of the period you paid for
• Webdesiz is a digital service made available immediately after payment. For the right of withdrawal and the cases in which refunds are made, see the Cancellation and Refund Policy page
• Payments are collected through Stripe; card payments require 3D Secure

6. Service level (SLA)

• 99% uptime target (excluding planned maintenance)
• Data updates may be delayed due to Meta API load; this is outside our responsibility
• Maintenance windows are announced 24 hours in advance

7. Intellectual property

• The application code, brand and logo belong to us
• The text and images you generate with AI belong to you; you may use them in your ads as you wish
• You are responsible for ensuring that generated content does not infringe third-party copyrights

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for material or immaterial damages, loss of profit or losses in ad investment. Our liability is limited to the subscription fee you paid in the last 12 months.

We are not responsible for situations such as Meta Platforms’ API changes, account closures or ad rejections.

9. Third-party services

Use of third-party services such as Meta, OpenAI, Stripe and Resend is subject to those providers’ own terms. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes of these providers.

10. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We notify material changes by email. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

This agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. In case of dispute, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction.
