Rules that guard your budget while you sleep

When an ad goes bad, someone needs to be there to stop it. You set the rule once; the panel checks the condition day and night and, when needed, pauses the campaign, cuts the budget or notifies you.

What happens when nobody is watching

The ad stays live after you close the shop. That is usually where the trouble starts.

Nobody looks on the weekend

An ad that was doing well on Friday can break on Sunday. You see it on Monday; the money is long gone.

A bad ad spends quietly

Even with no clicks, the ad keeps getting impressions. The invoice grows, results stay put.

A good ad stays small

You forget to raise the budget of the campaign that works. The opportunity is not fully used while it is open.

This is how rules read

You do not write formulas when setting up a rule. You read what you set, and later what the rule did, as a plain sentence.

Protect

Stop before the loss grows
  • If ROAS is below 1 in the last 3 days, pause the campaign.
  • Stop a campaign that exceeds the spend limit I set in a single day.
  • If the click-through rate is below 0.5% in the last 7 days, stop the campaign.
  • If cost per result exceeded my ceiling in the last 3 days, stop the campaign.

Alert

Keep the decision yours, just tell me
  • If there were no clicks at all in the last 24 hours, send a notification in the panel.
  • If more than this amount was spent in the last 3 days without a single result, let me know.
  • If ROAS dropped below 1.5 in the last day, send an early warning.
  • If spend was unexpectedly high in a single day, notify me.

Grow

Add budget to what works
  • If ROAS is above 3 in the last 3 days, increase the daily budget by 30%.
  • If ROAS stays high over the last 7 days, increase the budget by 15%.
  • If cost per result is below my target in the last 3 days, increase the budget by 20%.

Cut back

Shrink before switching off
  • If ROAS stayed between 1 and 1.5 in the last 7 days, lower the budget by 25%.
  • If impressions stayed very low in the last 7 days, lower the budget by 30%.

You set the thresholds. A rule can apply to one campaign, one ad account or all of them at once.

The rule has its own brakes too

Limits are set from the start so that the automation itself does not become a risk.

A ceiling on budget increases

A rule can raise the daily budget to at most twice the value it started from. Even a campaign that is doing well does not spin out of control overnight.

Applied once a day

The same campaign’s budget is not touched a second time within 24 hours. Even if the rule triggers again during the day, the budget does not change in a chain.

The same alert is not repeated

If an alert was sent for a campaign, it is not sent a second time for the same rule on the same day. No flood of unnecessary notifications.

The floor is protected

A budget-lowering rule never goes below the lowest daily budget Meta accepts. The campaign does not drop out of delivery by mistake.

No empty actions

An already paused campaign is not paused again. The rule only touches campaigns that actually need a change.

What it did is logged

Which rule, on which campaign, when, changed what; all of it is recorded. You undo it whenever you want.

Ready templates

No need to build from scratch

You pick a template, change the threshold for your business and save. The rule starts working from that moment. If you don’t like it you switch it off and the campaign continues where it was.

  • Templates are grouped as protect, alert, grow and cut back
  • Thresholds are shown in your account’s currency
  • A rule can be attached to one campaign or the whole account
  • Stop or delete a rule whenever you want

Daily safety stop

Stops a campaign that goes above the amount you set in a single day. The most basic insurance for first-time advertisers.

Pause on below-target results

Pauses a campaign whose return dropped below your target in the last three days. The protection we recommend keeping on in every account.

No clicks alert

Warns you in the panel if there were no clicks in twenty-four hours. The ad may be live but reaching nobody.

Spending but no results

For appointment, messaging and engagement campaigns. Notifies you when spend without a result passes the threshold.

The rule works at night too

Once it is set up, there is nothing left for you to remember.

01

Data is refreshed

The panel pulls campaign data from Meta regularly. Spend, clicks, results and cost are kept up to date.

02

The condition is checked

The condition of every rule you set is checked over the time window you chose. If the condition does not hold, nothing happens.

03

The action is applied

If the condition holds, the campaign is paused or the budget is raised or lowered. If you only asked to be told, you see a notification in the panel.

04

Log and notification

The action is recorded and lands with you as a notification. When you look in the morning you read what happened overnight.

What rules do not do

  • A rule works with the data Meta reports. If Meta’s report is delayed, the rule is delayed just as much.
  • A rule does not build strategy. You decide which threshold is right for your business; the panel suggests.
  • A rule does not rescue a weak offer. Automation limits the damage; it does not turn an ad that does not sell into one that does.

The ad the rules protect is prepared in the first place by the AI assistant. When the two work together, building and protecting stop being a burden on you.

Frequently asked questions

What exactly does a protection rule do?+

You write a condition and an outcome, like "if ROAS is below 1 in the last 3 days, pause the campaign". The panel regularly checks the data coming from Meta and, when the condition holds, pauses the campaign, changes the budget or shows a notification in the panel.

Can a rule increase my budget without limit?+

No. Budget-increasing rules have a ceiling: a rule can raise the daily budget to at most twice the value it started from. Also, the same campaign’s budget is not touched a second time within 24 hours.

Will the same alert keep coming all day?+

No. If an alert was sent for a campaign, it is not sent again for the same rule on the same day. Instead of a flood of notifications you get one clear message.

I don’t track sales. Do ROAS rules work for me?+

In appointment, messaging and engagement campaigns no revenue is reported, so ROAS rules never trigger. For these businesses there is a "spending but no results" rule: it notifies you when spend is happening without a single result during the period you set.

Do I need technical knowledge to set up a rule?+

No. You pick one of the ready templates and change the threshold for your business. You read the rule you set up in the panel as a plain sentence; no code or formulas.

Can I undo it if a rule does something wrong?+

Yes. When a rule did what is logged. You restart a campaign it paused with one click, edit the rule or switch it off completely.
