Data Deletion Request

This page describes the ways to delete data related to your account and your Meta connection. There are four ways; which one you pick depends on what you want to delete.

Method 1: From inside the panel (fastest)

1. Sign in to your account
2. From the left menu go to Settings → Security and data privacy
3. Press the “Delete my account” button
4. In the dialog that opens, type DELETE in the confirmation field and confirm

Result: Your account and all your personal data are completely deleted within 30 days. Your Meta access tokens are revoked immediately and your connected ad account connection is removed immediately.

Method 2: Delete only the Meta data (keep your account)

1. Open the Settings → Ad accounts page
2. Remove the connection with the Disconnect button (trash icon) next to each account

Only the measurement data, campaign records and access token of that ad account are deleted. Your user account stays.

Method 3: From Facebook settings

To remove all the permissions you granted our app through Facebook:

1. facebook.com/settings → Apps and Websites
2. Select the “Webdesiz” app → Remove

Facebook notifies us automatically and we delete all of your data within 30 days.

Method 4: Request by email

If you cannot access the methods above, send your request by email:

Including the following in your email is enough:

• The email address registered to your account
• Business name (if any)
• The scope of the data you want deleted (the whole account / a specific ad account)

We conclude requests within 15 business days and send you a confirmation email.

Data retained after deletion

The following data is retained longer because of legal obligations:

• Invoices and financial records: 10 years (tax legislation)
• Security audit logs: 2 years (KVKK)
• Aggregated / anonymous statistics: Indefinitely (contain no personal data that identifies you)
