For agencies and freelance advertisers

The ad accounts you manage, in one panel

If you manage Facebook and Instagram ads for more than one business, you do not need to hop between accounts every day. Connect the accounts once and follow campaigns, budgets and protection rules from the same place.

We take no percentage of spend · The ad budget comes out of the business’s own Meta account

Built for working with many accounts

Everything below works in the same panel with the accounts you connect.

Accounts in one list

You connect once with Facebook. The ad accounts you pick on Meta’s permission screen come into the panel together. In the campaign list, every campaign shows which account it belongs to.

Budget and status on the same screen

To pause a campaign or change its budget you do not need to move between accounts. You do it from the list and the change is applied on Meta.

Rules work across connected accounts

You set the protection rule once. It watches all campaigns in the connected accounts, or only the campaigns you pick. When the condition holds it pauses the campaign or raises or lowers the budget.

You pick the account in the assistant

If more than one account is connected, you pick which account the ad will be prepared in on the assistant screen. It prepares the copy, image and audience for the business you describe. The ad is created paused; no spending starts before you publish.

Start in three steps

You start right away with the accounts you have access to on Meta’s side.

01

Open your account

Your name, email, business name and a password are enough.

02

Connect your ad accounts

Sign in with Facebook. On Meta’s permission screen pick the ad accounts you want to connect and at least one Facebook Page.

03

Start using the panel

The campaigns of the connected accounts and the last 90 days of data come into the panel. The daily summary and protection rules work with the connected accounts together.

What you should know before starting

Clear facts that will help when working with several businesses. No surprises later.

Summary and reports show the total

The daily summary and reports are the total of all connected accounts. There is currently no separate per-client report screen or export. You separate them by looking at the account name in the campaign list.

One ad account lives in one panel

The same ad account cannot be connected to two separate Webdesiz accounts. The account appears in the panel of whoever connected it last. If your client connects the same account to their own Webdesiz account, it leaves your list.

Access comes from your Meta permissions

The panel can only see ad accounts your Facebook user can access. If a client’s account does not appear on the permission screen, you first need permission on that account on Meta’s side.

The number of accounts depends on the plan

The Business plan includes 1 ad account, the Agency plan 25. For higher volume you can get in touch under Enterprise. When the limit is reached, extra accounts are not added and the panel tells you how many could not be added. Disconnecting an account frees a slot.

Plans

Plans differ in the number of accounts you can connect and the monthly generation allowance. For Enterprise scope a custom quote is prepared through contact.

Frequently asked questions

How do I connect ad accounts?+

You sign in with Facebook in the panel. On Meta’s permission screen the ad accounts your Facebook user can access are listed, and you pick the ones you want to connect. To be able to create ads you also need to pick at least one Facebook Page.

How many ad accounts can I connect?+

Depends on your plan: Business 1, Agency 25 accounts. For higher volume you can request an Enterprise quote. Accounts beyond the limit are not connected; the panel shows how many could not be added.

Can I get a separate report for each client?+

Not at the moment. The daily summary and reports show the total of connected accounts. In the campaign list each campaign shows its account name, and you manage budget and status campaign by campaign from there.

Do I need to set up a protection rule separately for each account?+

No. If you pick "All campaigns" when setting up the rule, all campaigns in the connected accounts are watched. If you prefer, you limit the rule to the campaigns you select.

Can my client also watch the same ad account from their own Webdesiz account?+

No. An ad account lives in a single Webdesiz account at a time. If your client connects the account on their side, the account moves to their panel and leaves your list.

Who pays the ad budget?+

Each business’s ad spend comes out of its own Meta ad account and Meta issues the invoice. Webdesiz charges only for the panel subscription and takes no percentage of spend.
