Install the verified package
Requires Node.js 22 or newer. Version 1.0.0 is distributed as a downloadable package; these instructions do not depend on an npm registry publication. Download the file, compare its SHA-256, then install the local file.

Provide credentials securely
Use your secret manager to provide WEBDESIZ_API_KEY to the webdesiz process environment. The CLI does not accept a token or URL argument and does not save credential files. For read commands only, --key-stdin reads the key from stdin; use a trusted secret-manager pipe rather than typing a secret into shell history. MCP requires the environment key because stdin carries protocol messages.
Commands
webdesiz --version
webdesiz --help
webdesiz accounts --limit 20
webdesiz campaigns --accountId ACCOUNT_ID --limit 50 --offset 0
webdesiz insights --accountId ACCOUNT_ID --limit 50
# Historical example; choose a valid range with stored rows:
webdesiz insights --from 2026-10-01 --to 2026-10-04 --limit 50
webdesiz mcpReplace ACCOUNT_ID with the id returned by accounts. All read commands support --limit (1–100), --offset (0–10000) and --accountId. Only insights uses --from and --to to filter dates. Unsupported or repeated options are rejected. mcp accepts no additional arguments.
Output and automation
Read commands write formatted JSON with data/meta to stdout. Read meta.nextOffset for the next page. Treat stdout as organization data: protect output files and logs. Failures use stderr and exit status 1; success exits 0. --version returns 1.0.0 without an API call.
The client uses only https://webdesiz.com/api/v1/developer, does not follow redirects, times out after 15 seconds and rejects responses over 2 MiB or unexpected JSON schemas. It makes read requests only.
Troubleshooting
For HTTP 401/403, check key lifetime, scope and issuer membership. For 429, wait 60 seconds. For connection or 503 errors, retry after the service recovers; do not substitute an untrusted endpoint. An empty result does not mean zero sales, and a response timestamp does not mean fresh Meta data.
