Everything about the panel
The most asked topics, from connecting your account to controlling your budget. The answers describe what the panel actually does; they are not marketing sentences.
Account and connection
Signing up, connecting your Facebook account and picking your ad account.
How do I sign up, do you ask for a card?+
You open your account from the sign-up screen; we do not ask for a card. After opening the account a short setup flow appears: you connect your Facebook account, pick your ad account and the panel is ready to use. Setup takes about three minutes on average.
How do I connect my Facebook account, do you see my password?+
When you click connect in the panel you are redirected to Facebook’s own permission screen. You never type your password for us and we cannot see it.
The access permissions you grant are stored encrypted with AES-256. You can disconnect at any time from Settings.
Can I connect more than one ad account?+
Yes, but how many depends on your plan. The Business plan is for a single ad account, the Agency plan for 25 ad accounts. For higher volume you can request an Enterprise quote.
You pick and change ad accounts on the ad accounts screen under Settings.
Are my ads deleted when I disconnect?+
No. Your campaigns stay on Meta’s side; the panel only gives up its access. When you reconnect, your campaigns appear in the list again.
Can I add a teammate to the panel?+
Not at the moment. There is no team member invitation screen in the panel.
Why did the panel open in English?+
The interface language is set by where the visitor is: people from Turkey see Turkish, everyone else sees English.
You can change the language at any time with the button in the bottom-left corner of the panel.
Creating ads
Preparing, previewing and publishing an ad with the assistant.
What should I write to the assistant?+
Describe your business in everyday language. What you do, where you are and who you want is enough. Example: "I have a coffee shop in Kadıköy, weekday afternoons are quiet."
From that sentence the assistant prepares the ad headline, copy, image and audience. Tell it what you do not like and it fixes it.
Does the ad go live right away?+
No. The ad the assistant prepares is created paused. Not a cent is spent until you publish it.
Before publishing you preview how the ad will look on Facebook and Instagram on the same screen.
What if I don’t like the image?+
You ask for a new one. You write what you want changed and the assistant generates a new image. You can also use your own photo.
Your monthly image and copy generation allowance depends on your plan; you see the remaining allowance in the panel.
What language is the copy written in?+
In the language of your target audience. Ads for the Turkish market are written directly in Turkish, not translated; for other markets the assistant writes in that audience’s language. You get sentences built for your industry and your customer.
The last word is still yours: before publishing you can read and correct the copy or ask the assistant to rewrite it.
Can I try several audiences in the same campaign?+
Yes. The assistant can set up separate ad sets for different audience segments under one campaign. That way you see which audience performs better within the same campaign.
If your budget is small, not splitting the audience into many pieces is usually better.
Can I set up an ad that leads to WhatsApp?+
Yes. A campaign that drops the person who taps the ad straight into a WhatsApp chat is set up with a single button. For businesses without a website this is the most practical route.
Can I boost an existing post on my Page?+
Yes. On the Page posts screen you see the posts on your Facebook Page and can boost the one you like from the panel. You can also list your Instagram posts from the panel.
Budget and billing
Ad budget, subscription fee and controlling spend.
Do I pay the ad budget to you?+
No. Your ad budget is spent from your own Meta ad account and Meta issues the invoice. Webdesiz charges only for the panel subscription.
So there are two separate costs: your ad spend that goes to Meta, and the panel subscription.
Where do I change the daily budget?+
From the campaigns list. You can change the budget and whether the campaign is on or off without opening Meta Ads Manager.
You can also pause and start several campaigns at once.
What happens if my budget gets out of control?+
Protection rules kick in. A rule is set once: it pauses a campaign that exceeds its spend limit.
You can put a ceiling on budget-increasing rules, and the same rule is not applied twice in one day. You can set them up from ready templates with one click.
What is the difference between the plans?+
The Business and Agency plans differ in the number of ad accounts you can connect, the monthly AI allowance and the number of protection rules. For Enterprise the scope is set individually.
New subscriptions are monthly. You can see current prices in the pricing section on the home page.
How do I cancel the subscription?+
From account settings, with one click. There is no commitment or contract.
When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current period. For refund terms see the refund policy page.
What happens when my monthly copy and image allowance runs out?+
Your generation allowance renews every month. If it runs out before the month ends, your existing campaigns keep running; to generate new copy and images you need to upgrade your plan or wait for the new month.
Troubleshooting
The first places to look when something does not work as expected.
My ad was rejected by Meta, what should I do?+
The rejection decision belongs to Meta; the panel cannot change it. The notification says which policy was violated; read that first, then fix the copy and image accordingly.
If the problem continues, write to us and we will look together.
No data in reports, or the numbers are old+
Data refreshes from Meta every hour, so the number you see in the panel can be at most an hour behind.
If a campaign you just opened has no results yet, its rows look empty. If no data comes in even after a day, check the ad account connection under Settings.
I see a dash instead of ROAS, is that an error?+
No. If you do not track sales, the panel does not show a made-up revenue number; it leaves that box empty.
For the ROAS and revenue boxes to fill, the Meta Pixel must be installed on your site and the purchase event must be counted correctly.
How do I know a protection rule ran?+
When a rule kicks in it appears as a notification in the panel. The campaign’s status also changes in the list.
You read what the rule did as a plain sentence; no code or formulas to memorize.
I get a "campaign could not be created" error+
This error usually comes from something missing on Meta’s side. Check in order: does the ad account have a valid payment method, do you have the required permission on the Facebook Page, is the account or Page restricted.
If there is an account restriction you can appeal from Meta’s Account Quality screen. If the problem continues, write to us and we will look together.
I forgot my password+
Use the password reset link on the sign-in screen. A reset link is sent to your email address.
If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder and make sure you typed the address you used when signing up.
Is your question about ads rather than the panel?
How much the budget should be, why an ad gets rejected, whether the Pixel is required, which campaign objective to pick. We covered all of it at length in our guides, which are currently available in Turkish.
Didn’t find your answer?
Write to us and a real person replies. Let us find out together whether the problem is on the panel side or on Meta’s side.
