2. Buyer and service
The buyer is the person or business identified by the account and billing details supplied during payment. Webdesiz provides online access to a Meta advertising management panel. The selected package’s account, automation and AI usage limits are shown on the Subscription page before payment. Internet access and the necessary Meta account permissions are required. Ad performance is not guaranteed.
3. Price, payment and activation
The selected monthly package, price and billing currency are displayed before payment. The final total, including any applicable taxes, is shown on Stripe’s payment screen before you confirm. Check that total before paying. Meta ad spend is separate and paid to Meta. There is no physical delivery or shipping charge. After successful payment and payment confirmation, the package is activated on your account.
The final payment button creates a payment obligation. For an existing subscription, a plan change may be applied directly and may produce a prorated charge or account credit; review the plan-change information on the Subscription page.
4. Term, renewal and cancellation
The subscription renews monthly until cancelled. Cancel before the next renewal from Settings → Subscription using the cancellation option or Stripe portal; access continues until the paid period ends. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not itself request a refund. It does not stop your Meta campaigns. You must pause those separately if you want to stop ad spend.
5. Withdrawal, refunds and disputes
Consumers generally have 14 days from conclusion of a service contract to withdraw without giving a reason. Send a clear withdrawal notice to the email or postal address above. No specific form is required. Any statutory exception must be assessed for the service and consent involved; accepting these documents is not a general waiver of withdrawal rights. Valid withdrawal refunds are made within the statutory 14 days after receipt of the notice, using the original payment method without a refund fee.
Rights relating to defective services are reserved. Consumers may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts under the applicable jurisdiction and procedural rules. Consumer-specific provisions may not apply to commercial or professional purchases.
6. Documents and confirmation
This document, the Terms of Service, the Cancellation and Refund Policy, and the package and payment information shown before confirmation form the payment terms. Mandatory legal rights prevail. You may save or print these pages with your browser and keep your payment confirmation. Contact support if you cannot access your documents.
