Data Deletion Instructions

Method 1: From within the app (fastest)

1. Sign in to your account
2. From the left menu, go to Settings → Security & KVKK
3. Click the “Permanently delete my account” button
4. Confirm with your password

⚡ Result: Your account and all personal data are completely deleted within 30 days. Meta access tokens are revoked immediately, and your linked ad account connection is dropped instantly.

Method 2: Delete only Meta data (keep your account)

1. Settings → Ad Accounts
2. Use the trash icon next to each account to disconnect it

Only the insights, campaign records, and access token for that ad account are deleted. Your user account remains.

Method 3: From Facebook settings

To remove all access you granted our app on Facebook:

1. facebook.com/settings → Apps and Websites
2. Select the “webdesiz” app → Remove

Facebook sends us an automatic notification, and we delete all your data within 30 days.

Method 4: Manual request (email)

If you don't have access to the methods above, send your request by email to:

gizlilik@webdesiz.com

Please include the following details in your email:

• The email address registered to your account
• Business name (if any)
• The scope of data you want deleted (entire account / a specific ad account)

We process requests within 15 business days and send a confirmation email.

Data Retained After Deletion

The following data is retained longer due to legal obligations:

• Invoices and financial records: 10 years (tax legislation)
• Security audit logs: 2 years (KVKK)
• Aggregate/anonymous statistics: Indefinitely (contains no personal data that identifies you)
